We like to make things easy for you when you want to dispose of your old IT equipment. Our collection service is usually free in Kent and East Sussex. Other areas may incur a small charge (depending on distance and the number of items you would like us to take).

Our free disposal service in Kent covers the following postcodes:

  • DA / CT /ME / TN

In East Sussex, our free disposal service is available within the following postcodes:

  • BN10 / BN20 / BN21 / BN22 / BN23 / BN24 / BN25 / BN26 / BN27 / TN

Information We Collect

When you need to dispose of your IT equipment, we will need to take the following information:

  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Collection Address
  • Email Address (so we can send necessary documents)
  • Preferred Date (we will try to meet your request if possible)
  • How you found LoopCR Ltd
  • An approximate number of desktops, laptops, monitors and printers
  • If there will be any large items (requiring 2 or more people to lift)
